Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate who enjoys working with teens and adults to provide individual counseling for challenges pertaining to anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), problematic substance use and/or addiction, ADHD, life transitions, parenting, and more. She recognizes how difficult and uncomfortable it can be to reach out for support, and the importance of feeling understood and validated without judgment. Anna is committed to providing support which welcomes and honors you, and she strives to provide an atmosphere of warmth and safety where your personal wellness goals can be addressed and achieved. Her professional experience includes over 14 years of collaborative work with individuals and families experiencing varied mental health and social challenges.

Katharine has a varied and interesting professional background spanning 30 years, which includes case management, small business owner, ultrasound technologist and educator. All these experiences lend themselves to running the office in an efficient and organized manner. Having her on board allows clients to spend the valuable time with the therapists focusing on clinical issues. You can contact her for all things billing and financial but remember to contact your therapist for scheduling and cancellations as she can only work her magic part time.
